摘　　要：分析网上评教系统设计的新思路及其实现技术。其创新之处在于随机评议号的生成,它能够很好地解决网上评教系统中一人一评,以及无记名投票的问题。This paper analyzes the new design ideas and the implementation technique of online teaching evaluation system.The innovation lies in the generation of random comment number,which can solve the issues of one person one assessment and secret ballot in online teaching evaluation system.
