复方红景天苷胶囊抗疲劳效果的研究

摘　　要：目的研究复方红景天苷胶囊消除疲劳的效果。方法选取年龄19～24岁军校学员20名,口服复方红景天苷胶囊20 d,采用自身对照的方法,测定体成分、联合功能试验及进行血液生化检查。结果试验前后用体成分分析仪(OLYMPI-A)3.5测定的结果均在正常范围内。联合功能试验包括全蹲起、15 s快跑、3 min高抬腿。服用复方红景天胶囊20 d后,脉搏数减2次,收缩压降低1 mm Hg,差异无统计学意义;血常规、肝肾功能试验前后均为正常;血清乳酸有所降低(P<0.05);超氧化物歧化酸(SOD)活力试验后升高(P<0.01);丙二醛(MDA)含量试验后降低(P<0.05)。结论试验采用的复方红景天胶囊剂量是安全的。复方红景天胶囊有明显的消除疲劳的作用,可以提高机体免疫功能和运动能力。[Objective]To study the anti-fatigue effect of compound salidroside capsule. [Methods]This study involved 20 military cadets,aged 19 to 20 years,taking compound salidroside orally for 20 days.The determination of body composition,combined functional tests and blood biochemistry were performed. [Results]The body composition analysis results by（OLYMPIA）3.5 were within normal limits before and after the experiment.Combined function tests included complete squat,15s fast Run,3 minute upward leg swinging.It suggested no significant differences that 2 times shorten of pulse rate and l mmHg decreased of systolic blood pressure after a 20-day period of taking salidroside capsules.Routine Blood test,hepatic and renal functions were normal before and after the experiment.Serum Lactate level decreased after a 20-day period of taking salidroside capsules（P0.05）.SOD activity increased（P0.01） and MDA decreased（P0.05） after the experiment. [Conclusion]The administration dose of compound salidroside capsule is safe in this experiment.Salidroside capsules have noticeable effect of allaying tiredness and can improve immune function and locomotory capacity.
