摘 要:采用人工繁殖带毒褐飞虱( Nelaparvata Lugens) 攻毒接种,结合症状观察和RTPCR 检测方法,对57 个含有水稻齿叶矮缩病毒(RRSV) S7 ,S9 和S10 基因片段的转基因水稻对水稻齿叶矮缩病毒的抗性进行了评价。总体而言,大多数转基因稻发病率比受体品种的发病率要低。从中初步得到对RRSV 具有较强抗性的水稻转基因系315 和316 ,其发病率分别为15 .8 % 和13 .3 % ;具有中等抗性的水稻转基因系184 和328 ,发病率分别为26 .9 % 和28 .0 % ;而对照受体品种和当地感病品种的发病率则分别为100 % 和84 .2 % 。将RTPCR 的方法用于转基因稻抗性的检测,可提高检测的灵敏度。Fifty seven transgenic rice were evaluated for their resistance to rice ragged stunt virus (RRSV) S7,S9 and S10,through inoculation of RRSV with viruliferous insect vector ( Nelaparvata Lugens) raised in the green house,by combined symptom observation and RT PCR detection.Generally,the infection (%) of most transgenic rice is lower than that of the recipient variety.Transgenic lines 315 and 316 exhibitted strong resistant to RRSV with the infection (%) of 15.8% and 13.3% respectively;Transgneic lines 184 and 328 were also showed middle resistant to RRSV with the infection (%) of 26.9% and 28.0%,respectively.In the mean time,the infection (%) of the recipient variety and the local susceptible variety were 100% and 84.2% respectively.The results indicated that RT PCR method increased sensitivity of RRSV detection in the transgenic rice.
