摘　　要：采用酸作为提取剂可有效提取骨粉中钙、磷成分，在同一溶液中测定两者含量。与传统的干、湿消化法相比，酸提取技术更加简单、快速、节省、环境污染少。经ｔ 检验。Using hydrochloric acid can successfully extracts the calcium and phosphor from bone powder.And the two elements can be determined in the same solution.To extract the two elements traditional method is to burn the bone powder in high temperature or to decompose bone powder by strong oxidizer in strong acid medium.Compared with them,the acid extract method is simpler,quicker,less cost and less environmental pollution.The result of t test showed that no significant difference between the values determined by the acid extract method and the first.tradtional method.
