摘 要:在机械加工工序设计中确定工序尺寸及公差时,经常会遇到工序基准或测量基准等与设计基准不重合的情况,此时工序尺寸的求解需要借助尺寸链。而应用最为广泛的极值法计算工序尺寸时,常常会出现一些问题,这些问题会使加工更困难,测量工具要更精密,也可能要增加量具的品种,甚至于出现假废品现象。这种工序尺寸计算合理正确与否,关系到产品的质量稳定、企业的经济效益,对提高产品质量,降低产品成本都有着很现实的意义。In the devising of the working procedure of the mechanical working,we always encounter that the working procedure basis and the measuring basis are not coincide with the design basis on the determination of the working procedure dimension and its tolerance.The solving of the working procedure dimension needs to resort to the dimensional chain,and there are also some problems for us when we apply the most popular method——Extreme method to calculate the working procedure dimension.These problems will make the process more difficult,and we need more exactly measuring tools and increase product variety by any possibility,even there will be the pseudo waste products appearing in the process.Whether the calculation of the working procedure dimension is reasonable or not has the connection with the quality issues of the products,the economic benefits of the enterprises,and it has the realistic significance to developing the quality of the products and lower the product costs.
