摘  要:通过添加分散剂利用溶胶-凝胶法,以Cr(NO3)3.9H2O、C2H5OH、CO(NH2)2和NH3.H2O为原料制备纳米Cr2O3粉体。为找到最佳成胶条件,实验分析了尿素与铬离子的物质的量比、氨水加入量、溶胶形成时间和凝胶形成时间的变化规律;探讨了焙烧反应温度和时间等因素对氧化铬粒度及收率的影响;运用TG-DTA、XRD、SEM及BET等技术手段对Cr2O3纳米粉体性能及结构进行了表征。实验结果表明:该法工艺简单,制备出的纳米Cr2O3粉体产物纯度高,分布均匀,平均粒径20~30 nm。Cr2O3 nano-powders were successfully prepared by dispersant agent sol-gel method with using chromium nitrate,absolute ethyl alcohol,urea and aqueous ammonia as starting material.To found the optimal gel formation condition,experimental analysis of the effects of factors such as the molar ratio of urea to Cr3+,aqueous ammonia amount,change law of the duration to form sol and gel.It discussed that calcination temperature and time affect to the Cr2O3 particle size and yield.The performance and structure of Cr2O3 nano-powers were characterized by TG-DTA,XRD,SEM and BET techniques.The results showed that throuth the simple process method,the product of the Cr2O3 nano-powers were high-purity,uniform and the average particle size was about 20~30 nm.
