摘  要:介绍了全溢流型阳极保护不锈钢管槽式分酸器的结构和设计特点。重点探讨了分酸点密度、分酸点排列、落酸管和降液管规格、酸液初始分布、分酸器安装等分酸器设计、制造重要参数选用问题,设计推荐分酸点密度35~42点/m^2,优先选择分酸点三角形排列方式,周边分酸点距塔壁的距离取100~180mm,分酸器安装时要求各槽体水平度在5mm以内,分酸器安装占位高度为800~1200mm,从而确保分酸器分酸均匀、稳定,避免出现短流、液泛等不良情况。Structure and design features of full overflow type anodically protected stainless steel acid distributors are described. Important parameter selection in design and manufacture of acid distributors including acid distribution point density, arrangement of acid distribution point, specifications of drop acid tube and downcomer, initial distribution of acid and installation of distributors are discussed. The design recommends a spray point density of 35-42 points per square meter, triangular arrangement of acid distribution points, the distance from the outermost acid distribution points to tower wall of 100-180 mm, the levelness between tanks less than 5 nun in acid distributor installation, and acid distributor installation height of 800-1 200 mm, to ensure uniform and stable acid distribution and avoid short-circuiting and flooding.
