江西省大学生飞利浦足球联赛影响因素分析

摘　　要：本文采用文献资料法以及数理统计法相结合,对江西省参加大学生足球联赛的177名运动员成就动机影响因素进行问卷调查,研究结果表明:教育因子、心理因子、训练因子等五个因子分别从不同的程度上对大学生有着一定比例的影响,因此在今后教学和训练过程中,应有不同的侧重,以培养更优秀的高校足球后备力量。Using the methods of literature review and mathematical statistics,this paper made a questionnaire survey on the influencing factors of achievement motivation of the 177 athletes of University Football League in Jiangxi province.The results showed that five factors,such as education factors,psychological factors and training factors impacted students at different degree.As a result,in order to cultivate the better reserve force of college football players,the training and teaching should place various extra emphases.
