窒息新生儿血浆心钠素水平变化

摘　　要：目的：观察窒息新生儿血浆心钠素（ＡＮＰ） 水平变化。方法：随机抽查了窒息新生儿２０ 例（ 窒息组） 正常新生儿２１ 例（ 对照组） 测定出生后２４ｈ 之内及７２ｈ 之后血浆ＡＮＰ水平，进行组内、组间比较。结果：窒息组２４ｈ 与７２ｈ 血浆ＡＮＰ 水平变化有显著性差异（Ｐ＜ ０ ．０１） 。重度窒息组与轻度窒息组２４ｈ 血浆ＡＮＰ水平有显著性差异（Ｐ＜ ０ ．０５） 。窒息组与对照组２４ｈ 及７２ｈ 血浆ＡＮＰ水平分别比较均有显著性差异（Ｐ＜ ０ ．０１） 。结论：窒息时血浆ＡＮＰ水平明显升高，且窒息程度越重，其水平越高。随着缺氧状态的改善，血浆ＡＮＰ水平也逐渐下降。Objective:To study the changes in plasma levels of atrium natriuretic peptide(ANP)in asphyctic newborns.Method:We measured the plasma levels of ANP by means of radioimmunoassay in randomly 20 asphyctic and 21 normal newborns within the first 24 hours and 72 hours after their delivery ,then compare the plasma levels of ANP between groups and inter groups.Results:There is significant difference in plasma ANP between asphyctic newborns within the first 24 hours and those after 72 hours(p<0.01);Significant differences in plasma levels of ANP were also found beteween severe asphyctic subgroup and the mild asphyctic subgroup within the first 24 hours(P<0.05);The plasma levels of ANP within the first 24 hours and after 72 hours significantly differ that in normal,controls,respectively(P<0.01).Conclusions:The plasma levels of ANP devated significantly in asphyctic newborns.The levels of ANP increased in proportion to the severity of asphyxia ,and decreased gradually with the improvement of hypoxia.
