卒中单元护理管理模式在神经内科病房中的应用及康复效果评价

摘　　要：目的:探讨卒中单元管理模式对卒中患者康复效果的影响,并对此进行效果评价。方法:采用统计比较的方法,依据诊断标准,选取200例脑卒中患者,平均分为对照组和普通组,从康复依从性、生活能力、心理状态、平均住院日和住院费用进行分析。结果:对两组卒中患者进行康复依从性、生活能力、心理状态、平均住院日和住院费用进行统计分析,对照组与普通组间存在较大差异,有统计学意义。结论:卒中单元管理模式对脑卒中患者的康复有促进作用。Objective： Management of stroke unit rehabilitation on the effect of stroke patients and the effect of this evaluation. Methods： The statistical comparison of methods, based on diagnostic criteria, 200 cases of stroke in selected patients were divided into control group and normal group, from the rehabilitation of compliance, life skills, mental state, the average length of stay and hospital costs were considered. Results： Rehabilitation of stroke patients in both groups compliance, life skills, mental state, the average length of stay and hospital costs were analyzed in the control group and there is a big difference between the normal group, there was significant. Conclusion： Stroke unit management of patients with stroke and promote rehabilitation
