摘 要:采用机械合金化法和固态反应法制备了Fe3P化合物,用X-射线衍射确定样品的晶体结构.结果表明,随着球磨时间的增加,Fe、P混合粉末的颗粒度逐渐减小,当球磨时间增加到100 h时,衍射峰基本消失,混合物呈现非晶态.在1273 K下退火70 h后,混合粉末样品形成单一的Ni3P型四角结构,空间群为I-4.Fe3P compound was prepared by mechanical alloying(MA) the Fe and P mixed powder and sintered at 1 273 K for 70 h.The phase and crystal structure of the Fe3P compound were investigated by means of X-ray diffraction(XRD).The XRD results show that the particle size of mixed powder of Fe and P decreases with increasing milling time.The diffraction peaks of the compound disappeared almost with the milling time increased from 5 h to 100 h,and the mixture powder of Fe and P becomes amorphous.Analysis of the XRD patterns of the sintered sample shows that the main phase of the sample is Ni3P-type tetragonal structure with space group I-4.With increasing milling time,the variation of lattice constants and cell volume of Fe3P compounds are not obvious.A comparison of the lattice constant of Fe3P compound obtained in this work with those obtained by other method has been presented.
