摘 要:采用油品行业主要成份为多聚苯乙烯的废油为原料,研究合成新型减水剂的最佳工艺。讨论了油酸比、油醛比、缩合酸度和缩合时间对水泥净浆流动度的影响。结果表明:经正交实验分析,油酸比在1:1.2,在150°C下磺化3h,降温到90°C,加水降低缩合酸度到32%,滴加甲醛,控制油醛比在1:0.4,保温缩合3h,加液碱中和到pH=8时制备的新型混凝土减水剂减水率最高,此时掺减水剂的水泥净浆流动度最大。Using waste oil with the main component of lustrex as raw material,the optimal process of synthesizing new water reducer is studied.The influences of the ratio of oil and acid,the ratio of oil and aldehyde,the acidity of condensation and the time of condensation on the fluidity of cement paste are discussed.The results show that through the orthogonal test method,the water reducing ratio of the new water reducer is maximum when controlling the ratio of oil and acid with 1:1.2,sulphonating 3 hours at 150℃,then decreasing the temperature to 90℃,adding water to decrease the acidity of condensation to 32%,adding formalin by dropping,keeping the ratio of oil and aldehyde with 1:0.4,keeping the condensation time for 3 hours and adding liquid alkali to adjust pH=8.At that time,the fluidity of cement paste adding this new water reducer is largest.
