聚氨酯弹性混凝土在连霍高速桥面伸缩缝病害维修中的应用

摘　　要：介绍了聚氨酯弹性混凝土在连霍高速公路三门峡段K851+900(南幅)及K791+900(南幅)的全厚度及半厚度修补工作中的应用情况,提出了施工过程中应注意的问题。聚氨酯弹性混凝土具有良好的弹性变形能力,通过自身的弹性变形,可以较好地耗散车轮的动态冲击作用,具有优越的抗冲击能力。将聚氨酯弹性混凝土应用于桥面伸缩缝的病害维修中,既能够减少交通中断时间,又能降低维修成本。The applications of polyurethane elastic concrete for through-thickness repairing and half-thickness repairing in Lianhuo expressway Sanmenxia K851＋900（southern sheet） and K791＋900（southern sheet） are introduced,and problems which should pay attention during the construction process are proposed.The polyurethane elastic concrete has good elastic deformation capacity,through the self-elastic deformation,the dynamic impact role of wheels can be better dissipated by the polyurethane elastic concrete,and it also has super impact resistance capacity.The application of polyurethane elastic concrete in repairing disease of expansion joint for bridge can not only reduce traffic disruption time,but also decrease maintenance cost.
