摘  要:目的:对硫磺熏蒸前后中药菊花中金属元素和微量元素的含量进行分析研究。方法:采用微波消解法进行前处理,应用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP-AES)法测定含量。结果:中药菊花中Al、Fe、Mn、Zn等金属元素含量丰富,硫磺熏蒸前后S元素和Cu元素的含量有显著性差异。结论:实验室自制硫磺熏蒸菊花药材,测试结果显示含有较多的S元素,推测中药菊花中S元素含量的增加可能与加工过程中使用硫磺熏蒸工艺有关,测定中药菊花中金属元素及微量元素的含量对于全面和客观评价其质量具有重要意义。Objective:To analyze the contents of metallic and trace elements in Chrysanthemum before and after sulfur-fumigated process.Methods:Samples were first pretreated with microwave digestion system,and then the contents of metallic and trace elements were determined through inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES).Results:Metallic elements,such as Al,Fe,Mn,Zn,were rich in Chrysanthemum.There were significant differences in concentrations of S and Cu elements before and after sulfur-fumigated process.Conclusion:Sample was processed with sulfur-fumigation in the laboratory,and the results showed that the concentration of S element after sulfur-fumigated process was much higher than that before sulfur-fumigated process,which indicated that sulfur-fumigated process is a contributing factor in the content increase of S element in sample.It is reasonable to assay the metallic and trace elements for overall quality evaluation of Chrysanthemum.
