摘　　要：目的：建立同时测定注射用13种维生素中维生素B6、烟酰胺、D-泛醇的HPLC法。方法：采用Diamonsil（TM）C18（250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）为色谱柱,以20 mmol.L-1磷酸二氢钾（调pH5.0）-甲醇（88∶12）为流动相,流速为1.0 mL.min-1,检测波长为214 nm,柱温为25℃。结果：维生素B6在0.06046~0.2418 mg.mL-1范围内、烟酰胺在0.3999~1.599mg.mL-1范围内,D-泛醇在0.1521~0.6084 mg.mL-1范围内具有良好线性关系;其回收率分别为100.2%,99.8%,100.4%。结论：本方法快速简便,准确可靠,可用于注射用13种维生素中维生素B6、烟酰胺和D-泛醇的质量控制方法。Objective：To establish an HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of vitamin B6,nicotinamide and D-panthenol in 13 vitamins for injection.Method：A Diamonsil C18（250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm） was used as separation column at 25 ℃.The mobile phase was 20 mmol·L-1 KH2PO4 solution（adjusted to pH 5.0）-methanol（88∶12） at flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1.Detection wavelength was set at 214 nm.Results：The linear ranges of vitamin B6,nicotinamide and D-panthenol were 0.06046-0.2418 mg·mL-1（r =0.9997,n=5）,0.3999-1.599 mg·mL-1（r=0.9996,n=5） and 0.1521-0.6084 mg·mL-1（r=0.9998,n=5）,respectively.The average recoveries（n=9） of Vitamin B6,Nicotinamide and D-panthenol were 100.3%,99.9% and 99.3%,respectively.Conclusion：The method is simple,accurate,and suitable for determination of the three constituents in 13 vitamins for injection.
