摘　　要：文章从"合芜蚌"自主创新试验区发展状况、影响"合芜蚌"自主创新试验区发展的突出问题及合芜蚌"自主创新试验区发展的对策建议等几方面进行了论述并提出了相应建议。This paper was sponsored by the nomarch research program in the year 2010.The paper discussed the development status of the ＂He Wu Beng＂（Hefei Wuhu Bengbu） independent innovation trial area and the problems that affect the development.Then,the paper put forward the corresponding suggestions for promoting the development of the ＂He Wu Beng＂ independent innovation trial area.
