摘　　要：目的针对男男性行为(men who have sex with men,MSM)人群中HIV感染者的心理状况,探讨综合心理护理的作用。方法由专职护士定期采集880例MSM人群HIV感染者的信息,进行心理状况评测,由副主任护师和心理专家制定心理护理方案,实施综合心理护理。结果实施心理护理大大改善了患者的心理状况。结论心理护理对HIV感染者提供关爱与温暖,可提高患者的生存和生命质量,有助于控制HIV的蔓延。Objective To explore role of comprehensive psychological care in men who have sex with men（MSM） infected with HIV according to their psychological status.Methods The data of HIV-infected MSM were collected by specified nurses.Strategies of comprehensive psychological care were made by senior nurses and psychologists,which were used to treat the patients.Results The comprehensive psychological care can lighten the emotional burden,be positive toward life and receive treatment in time.Conclusions Psychological care can provide love and warmth for HIV infected persons,improve quality of survival and life of patients,which helps control the spread of HIV.
