摘　　要：使用Moldflow软件分析了一模两腔PET/PEN瓶坯热流道注射模注射成型过程,直观地模拟出塑料成型的充填、流动及冷却过程。预测PET/PEN瓶坯成型过程中可能出现的缺陷,优化冷却水道直径、布局和浇注系统尺寸,提出优化注射方案,对优化后方案进行可行性模拟,预测和解决PET/PEN瓶坯设计、模具设计及成型过程中存在的缺陷,具有快速、准确、方便、高效等优势,可以缩短模具制造周期,降低成本,提高生产效率。The Moldflow software has been used to analyze the molding process of a 2-cavity hot runner injection mould for PET/PEN bottle-blank.The mold filling,flowing and cooling processes were visually simulated.It is to predict the potential defects of plastic parts in the forming process so as to optimize the cooling channels′ diameter,layout and the size of gating system,then to propose an optimization injection scheme.By feasibility simulation,the results help to solve the injection product design,mold design and defects in the molding process.This designing method can shorten mold manufacture period,lower costs and improve the production efficiency with accuracy,convenience and efficiency.
