摘 要:通过吸油烟机市场调研,对我国目前市场上主流吸油烟机的性能和技术现状进行了综述。针对吸油烟机内部流动特性和特殊的箱体结构,文章提出了在吸油烟机箱体内施加斜挡板和封闭板的吸油烟机风道系统结构改进方案,并对其性能进行了实验测量。结果表明:吸油烟机的风量和风压均有所提高,即使在最大风量条件下,吸油烟机的噪声增加也不超过1 dB(A)。最后对完善和提高吸油烟机性能、促进吸油烟机技术发展进步提出了合理建议。Based on the market investigation of range hood in China,the performance and technique of range hood were summarized.According to the flow characteristics in the range hood and its special housing structure,two simple modification schemes that applying the sloping baffle and the sealing plates in the housing structure of a range hood were presented in this paper and their performance were measured by the experimental method.The experimental results show both the flow rate and total pressure are increased.The increment of noise is not greater than 1.0dB(A) even if at the condition of maximal flow rate.Finally,reasonable suggestions for improving the performance of range hood and promoting the technique advancement of range hood are provided.
