摘 要:对纸币扎把机的工作方式进行了分析,从可靠性方面,提出了一种形成捆扎纸圈的工作方式。该机构在成圈过程中能够辅助推拉纸币,从而避免了在目前扎把机中经常出现的由于边角摩擦,或者捆扎纸带在环境湿度较大情况下,纸带变软,从而造成成圈困难的问题。针对捆扎过程的时序,展开了详细的分析,并就工作过程的特点和特征以及纸带的有无等,制定出了纸币扎把机的控制策略。这些研究成果对于新型扎把机构的开发和系统的控制,具有较好的参考价值。The working procedure of a bill binding machine is analyzed and bandaged circle method is put forward based on the its reliability,which mechanism may assist to push-and pull the bill during circling to avoid softening occurs caused by corner rubbing or under more humid environment,and further leads to fail on circling.Concerning the time and sequences in circling,a more detailed analysis on its working characteristics is made,and then a control strategy for bill binding machine is worked out based on its characteristics and features during working with or without tape.Those results will provide reference for the developing new types of binding machines and control for system.
