摘  要:电除尘器作为重要的环保设备之一,其清灰能力一般用振打加速度来衡量。但振打加速度的计算和测量实际均存局限性。采用有限元分析软件ABAQUS对电除尘器阴极结构进行振打加速度分析计算,结果与实际情况基本吻合,表明有限元法在计算阴极结构的加速度是可行的。由于有限元方法能非常方便的处理各种不同复杂的除尘器,因此有限元对于新型极板、极线以及除尘器的新型结构的开发研究均具有重要的实际意义。As one of the important environmental protection equipment,the design standard of electrostatic precipitator is the deashing ability which is judged usually by the rapping acceleration.However,there are some limitations in calculating the rapping acceleration and the measuring.If the finite element software ABAQUS is applied in analyzing and calculating of the rapping acceleration for the cathode structure of electrostatic precipitator,you may find the coincidence of the calculated result with the actual situation.That indicates that is feasible to calculate the acceleration of cathode structure by means of finite element method.Since the finite element method can be applied conveniently for dealing with various complicated electrostatic precipitator,it is important and practical for developing and researching new plate、new cathode wire as well as new structure of the electrostatic precipitator.
