摘 要:针对机械设计手册上平面连杆机构的设计方法,应用Pro/Engineer草绘模块的绘图工具结合作图法求解平面连杆机构。根据不同的已知量求解连杆机构,得出未知量,并不断改进,实现机构创新设计。重点选用机械设计手册上所介绍的几种典型事例,即按传动角设计四杆机构、按照输入杆与输出杆的位置关系设计四杆机构、连杆位置及连杆点位置设计四杆机构三大类型,结合作图法,调用Pro/Engineer软件提供的"关系"及草绘模式下提供的"几何约束"进行求解模型,以论证此方法的简便与实用性。Basing on the designing method for planar linkage as described in the mechanical design handbook,the planar linkage shall be solved with the help of the drawing tools—Pro/Engineer module sketch combining with the design method.In the process of solution,the other unknown length and angle shall be obtained through solving the known length and angle of some bars in planar linkage.And the improvement is done progressively to obtain an innovating design on the linkage.Several typical examples described in the handbook are chosen as the key part to be introduced.They are mainly three types:four-bar linkage design basing on transmission angle,four-bar linkage design basing on the position between of the input and output bar as well as four-bar linkage design basing on the position of connecting rod and link point.The"relationship"provided by Pro/Engineer software and the"geometric constraint"under the sketch mode are required to solve the model combining with graphic method,which is proved to be simple and practical.
