摘  要:结合某钢厂轧制过程中的实际振动情况,通过动力学分析并建立了4200轧机在有阻尼状态下垂直振动系统的动力学模型,利用Matlab计算出振动系统的固有频率和相应振型。通过对相应振型的分析,得出了第3阶自振频率容易造成显著的带材厚度波动,第6阶自振频率使带材表面出现明暗相间的横振纹。同时分别从张力波动、摩擦和润滑、轧制速度和轧件的厚度变化的角度分析了轧机振动产生的原因及解决方法,从而在提高带钢的生产质量方面具有一定的指导意义。Based on the practical vibration situation of steel factory in rolling process,a dynamical model on vertical vibration system for the 4200 rolling mills in damping condition is established by the dynamics analysis,and the vibration system of the natural frequency and the corresponding vibration mode is calculated by Matlab software.Through the analysis of the corresponding vibration mode,the third order self-vibration frequency is found to be easy to cause significant strip thickness fluctuation.While horizontal vibration lines of dark and light may appear on the surface of strip caused by the sixth order self-vibration frequence.At the sametime,the causes for affecting the vibration of the rolling mill and solutions have been analysed in tension fluctuation,friction and lubrication,rolling speed and the changes of rolled-piece thickness,thus it has certain guiding significance for improving the strip quality.
