摘　　要：制丝线工艺参数是影响卷烟品质的关键因素之一,其管理系统在烟草行业的MES(Man-ufacturing Execution System)中处于核心位置。为适应烟草行业信息化迅速发展的需要,保证烟支品质,针对烟草制丝线,提出了新的工艺参数管理方案,并对该系统的结构、功能作了框架性论述,着重阐述了对工艺参数的版本控制、工艺参数指令的下达以及工艺质量数据的统计分析。系统通过利用先进的网络技术和统一数据平台,实现了工艺标准的制定、工艺参数的自动下达,工艺参数的实时采集,极大地提高了制丝工艺管理水平。Technological parameter is one of key factors affecting the quality of cigarette,which management system plays an important role in Manufacturing Execution System（MES）of tobacco industry.In order to satisfy the demands for rapid development in Informatization of tobacco enterprise,and to ensure the quality of cigarettes,a new technological parameters management system for tobacco processing line is proposed.The structure and function of the system is outlined,in which version control for technological parameters,parameters instruction transmitting as well as parameters statistical analysis are focused.Through applying advanced network technology and its unified data platform,the system realizes the formulating for process standards,auto transmitting of the technical parameters as well as the collection of the parameters in real time which enhances significantly the management level for tobacco processing line.
