数控陶瓷喷绘机的研究与开发

摘　　要：主要介绍一种用于在瓷砖坯体上进行喷绘的数控陶瓷喷绘机,该喷绘机使用普通色釉料就能进行喷绘。它利用文丘里效应,通过控制喷笔的开度和气压来控制喷出线条的粗细浓淡,并采用基于PC机的开放式五轴联动数控系统,以实现空间坐标以及各个量的控制。相比传统的陶瓷丝网印刷或者滚筒印花技术,该喷绘机能实现小批量多变花面的瓷砖喷绘,虽然图案分辨率不如陶瓷喷墨打印,但成本却比陶瓷喷墨打印要低得多,对个性化瓷砖和大面积瓷砖拼图等方面的发展具有重要意义。A CNC ceramic inkjet printer for spray painting on ceramic body is described in it,which could paint by spray with ordinary inkjet color glaze.The control of the concentration and the thickness of lines are achieved by adopting the venturi effect through controlling the opening degree of airbrush and spray air pressure,then the control for spatial coordinates and various amount is realized by adopting PC-based open-axis CNC system.Compared to traditional ceramic screen printing or roller printing technology,the machine can paint by spay on the tile with low-volume and varied pictures.Although the resolution is worse than ink-jet printing of ceramic,the cost is much lower than the ceramic ink-jet printing,which has vital significance in personalized tiles and large ceramic tile puzzles,etc.
