摘　　要：在经济与科技全球一体化的今天,产品的开发和创新是企业获得可持续盈利能力的保证。企业如何有效的开展创新,并提高效益,成为一个关注的焦点。集成化产品和过程开发模式是将并行工程应用于研究开发工作的一种管理策略,为企业创新提供了一种新的思路。首先介绍了集成化产品和过程开发模式的基本内涵,然后分析了其在企业界的成功案例,最后构建了基于集成化产品和过程开发的企业运营模式,旨在为企业有效开展集成化产品和过程开发提供一种行之有效的思路和方法。With the global integration of economic and technology,the development and innovation of products is the assurance of sustainable profitability for enterprise.How to carry out innovation effectively and improve efficiency for enterprise is a focus problem.Integrated product and process development model is a management strategy which is appling the concurrent engineering in research and development work,and provides a new idea for enterprise innovation.It introduces the basic theory of the integrated product and process development firstly,then analyzes the successful examples to implement it in business.Finally enterprise operation mode is constructed based on the integrated product and process development,which aim is to provide an effective ideas and methods for enterprise to carry out the integrated product and process development.
