摘　　要：大批量定制是大批量生产和定制生产两种生产方式的有效结合,是为满足客户个性化和产品多样化需求而发展的一种先进制造模式。主要对基于大批量定制理论的产品配置系统的构建技术进行研究;首先论述和分析了目前学术界和工业界对大批量定制理论和实现技术的研究情况,包括产品建模、规则驱动的产品配置等关键技术;然后提出了遵循产品族架构、基于GBOM(General Bill ofMaterial)的产品配置系统的体系结构和功能构成;重点分析并讨论了BOM结构和配置结构分离的产品建模方法,以及面向产品族群的、规则定制与规则匹配相独立的产品配置系统的工作原理和系统模型;最后通过一个案例验证了系统的正确性,并给出了系统运行实例。Mass customization has become one of effective approaches for manufacturing enterprises to participate in competition of market as well as satisfy diversified and individualized requirements of customers.It mainly researches architecture and mechanism of product configuration system of mass customization based.First,the research on mass customization theory and technology of implementation in science and industrial domain is discussed and analyzed,including the key technologies covering product modeling and product configuring of rule driven.Secondly,an architecture and function constitute following architecture of product family and based on general bill of material are put forward.At the same time a modeling method for separating products with BOM structure and configuration structure is mainly analyzed and discussed,as well as the principle and model of product system for product family group,which rule configuration and rule matching are separated.At last an case is applied to validate the correct of the system and an practical example is provided for system operation.
