摘  要:将扩繁的无机溶磷菌和有机溶磷菌各2株,分别接种于灭菌和非灭菌的盆栽枳橙Poncirustrifoliata×Citrus sinensiscv.Carrizo Citrange砧塔罗科血橙C.sinensiscv.Tarocco Blood or-ange嫁接苗土壤中,研究溶磷菌对植株磷营养及其生长发育的影响。结果表明,供试菌株接种于非灭菌和灭菌土壤中,植株地上部总磷含量均显著增加,同时氮、铁、铜以及镁含量亦显著增加。土壤施用溶磷菌的柑桔嫁接苗株高、茎粗及地上部分生物量等显著增加。无论土壤灭菌与否,无机溶磷菌对改善植株磷素营养和促进苗木生长均有明显促进作用,而有机溶磷菌接种于非灭菌土中其效应更为明显。Two inorganic phosphate-solubilizing bacterial strains and two organic solubilizing bacterial strains were used separately to inoculate the soils growing potted citrus budlings to investigate the effects of these phosphate-solubitizing bacteria (PSBs) on the phosphorus levels in soils and plants, and the growth of citrus budlings. The results showed that inoculation of both non-sterilized and sterilized soils with PSBs significantly increased the total P content in the above ground parts of the seedlings. In leaves, N, Fe, Cu levels were also significantly increased and the increase in Mg content was even more significant, when compared with controls. The plant heights, stem diameters and the above ground fresh and dry weights of the budlings were significantly increased by soil inoculation of PSBs. Inoculation with inorganic PSBs in both sterilized or non-sterilized soils showed a significant improvement in plant P nutrition and growth while inoculation with organic PSBs in nonsterilized soils had better improvement effects.
