摘  要:针对蒙古栎植苗造林成活率、保存率不高等问题,分别采用物理处理、激素处理和施菌剂等方法,研究不同方法对蒙古栎苗木根系以及生长的影响。结果表明,在物理处理方面,去芽处理和多芽处理对蒙古栎苗木的生长影响均有促进作用,其中去芽处理方法效果更佳。3种激素处理中,IBA浓度为300 mg.L-1的生长效果最佳,而浓度为50 mg.L-1的生长效果最差;NAA浓度为150 mg.L-1的生长效果最佳,200 mg.L-1的生长效果最差;浓度为150 mg.L-1的ABT3号对蒙古栎生长效果显著。3种激素中以NAA浓度为150 mg.L-1的生长效果更佳。施用的7种菌剂中,施用菌017和菌白的蒙古栎苗木与对照间差异最明显,其次是菌014和菌X,而施用菌023、045、047的生长效果最差。3种方法中的最优方法的生长效果为菌白>NAA150 mg.L-1>去芽。其中,菌白处理5个月后,蒙古栎的苗高为10.6 cm、地径为3.26 mm、侧根数为53、地上部分和地下部分生物量都为0.76 g,均高于其他处理。In view of the problems of low survival rate and saving rate of Quecus mongolica seedlings,three processing methods including physics,hormone and ectomycorrhizal fungi were taken to investigate the effects of the different methods on Q.mongolica seedling root system and growth.The results indicated that in the physical treatment,bud-removing processing and multi-buds processing promoted the growth of Q.mongolica seedlings,bud-removing processing method was better.With the application of 3 hormones,the IBA concentration of 300 mg · L-1 had the better promoting effect than others,while the concentration of 50 mg · L-1 had the worse promoting effect;the NAA concentration of 150 mg · L-1 had the better promoting effect than others,while the concentration of 200 mg · L-1 had the worse promoting effect;the ABT3 with the concentration of 150 mg · L-1 was most significant in the effect on the growth.In the 3 better hormones the NAA with the concentration of 150 mg · L-1 promoted the best effect.With the application of 7 ectomycorrhizal fungi,comparing 017 ectomycorrhizal fungi and Amanita Verna with the control the differences were most obvious,followed by bacteria and fungi 014 and X,while the worse effect was 023,045,047 ectomycorrhizal fungi.Comprehensive best practices in the 3 methods of comparison,Amanita VernaNAA150 mg · L-1removing bud.Among them,in the treatment with Amanita Verna for 5 months,in the Q.mongolica seedlings,seedling height was 10.6 cm,diameter 3.26 mm,lateral root number 53,aboveground and underground biomass were 0.76 g,which were more than those in the other treatments.
