摘 要:以典型喀斯特地区植被恢复过程中不同恢复阶段(退耕地阶段、草本阶段、灌木阶段、乔木阶段)为对象,研究了土壤养分、微生物量磷、碱性磷酸酶活性等土壤性质的变化及其相关性。结果表明,灌木地土壤有机质、全N、全P和水解性N均高于草地,但低于退耕地;乔木地除10-20 cm有机质和0-10 cm速效K显著高于灌木地外,其它与灌木地无显著差异。土壤微生物量磷和碱性磷酸酶活性从退耕地到草地降低,从草地到灌木升高。而灌木到乔木阶段,土壤微生物量磷表现为降低,碱性磷酸酶活性则趋于稳定。退耕地、乔木和灌木之间碱性磷酸酶活性无显著差异,但草地碱性磷酸酶活性显著低于其它3种类型样地。土壤养分含量、微生物量磷含量和碱性磷酸酶活性均随土壤深度的增加而降低。相关分析表明,土壤微生物量磷与有机质、全N、水解性N和速效K含量之间呈极显著正相关(P<0.01),与pH值呈显著负相关(P<0.05);碱性磷酸酶与土壤有机质、全N、水解性N、全P、速效K和微生物量磷呈极显著正相关(P<0.01)。Changes of soil nutrients,soil microbial biomass P,alkaline phosphates activity and their relationships at different vegetation restoration stages,including herbaceous community,shrubby community,arboreal community stage and comparison slope farmland,in Karsts gorge district of Guizhou Province were studied.The results revealed that the soil organic matter,total N,total P and hydrolysable N in shrubby community are higher than that in herbaceous community,but lower than that in slope farmland.With the excepting of soil organic matter in 10-20 cm and available K in 0-10 cm,there were no significant difference of soil nutrients between shrubby community and arboreal community.Soil microbial biomass P and alkaline phosphates activity decreased from slope farmland to herbaceous community,and increased from herbaceous community to arboreal community.From shrubby community to arboreal community,soil microbial biomass P decreased and alkaline phosphates tended towards stability.There were no significant difference of soil alkline phosphatase activity between slope farmland,arboreal community and shrubby community,but soil alkline phosphatase activity in herbaceous community is significantly lower than other three vegetation restoration stages.The soil nutrients,soil microbial biomass P and alkaline phosphates activity decreased with the increasing of soil depth.Correlation analysis showed that soil microbial biomass P was significantly positively related to the soil organic matter,total N,hydrolysable N,available K(P0.01),and significantly negatively related to soil pH(P0.05).Alkaline phosphates activity was significantly positively correlated to the soil nutrients and soil microbial biomass P(P0.01).
