摘 要:针对铁北矿右三片工作面压架事故中暴露出来的支架初撑力较低的问题,采用现场实测、理论分析等手段,实测得到了工作面约60%的支架初撑力小于3 000 kN,分析了支架初撑力对顶板下沉量、支架工作阻力、动载系数的影响关系。研究表明支架初撑力对控制直接顶稳定性和减少顶板破坏程度具有重要作用,初撑力较低会导致顶板的早期离层与破碎,高初撑力有利于支架性能的充分发挥,保障工作的安全、高效生产。According to the low initial support force problem occurred in the powered supports jammed accident in the Yousanpian coal mining face of Tiebei Mine,with the applications of the site measurement,theoretical analysis and other means,the initial support force of the 60% powered supports measured at the coal mining face was lower than 3 000 kN and the influence relationship of the powered support's initial support to the roof subsidence value,the working resistance of the powered support and the dynamic coefficient was analyzed.The study showed that the initial support force of the powered support would have an important role to control the stability of the direct roof and to reduce the failure degree of the roof.The low initial support force could cause an early separation and broken of the roof and the high initial support force could be favorable to fully play the performances of the powered support and could ensure the safety operation and high efficient production.
