摘 要:为解决矿用汽车摆架在实际使用过程中出现断裂等问题,结合实际路面激励,运用Patran软件对摆架进行应力应变分析,建立了三维实体模型并进行优化。仿真实验表明:摆架在上下、左右往复摆动过程中,由于左右车轮所受的路面随机激励不同,且激励频率较高,致使摆架横梁两端交界处存在严重的应力集中,从而发生疲劳断裂。优化后的摆架,摆架质量减少,降低了应力集中现象,极大提高了汽车摆架的使用寿命。In order to solve the broken and other problems occurred during the actual operation of the swing frame in the mine truck,in combination with the actual excitation of the roadway surface,a Patran software was applied to the stress and strain analysis on the swing frame and a 3D physical model was established and optimized.The simulation experiment showed that during the up and down,left and right reciprocation swing of the swing frame,due to the different random excitation on the left and right wheels and the high excitation frequency,a serious stress concentration would be on the two end cross section of the swing frame beam and the fatigue broken would be occurred.After the optimization of the swing frame,the weight of the swing frame would be reduced,the stress concentration phenomenon would be reduced and thus the service time of the struck swing frame could be highly improved.
