摘 要:在缺少主焦煤的情况下,为寻找生产二级冶金焦的最优配煤比,降低炼焦生产成本,依据炼焦配煤研究理论,通过采用40 kg捣固小焦炉,以气煤、1/3焦煤、瘦煤为原料煤进行了配煤试验研究,成功试验出生产二级冶金焦的最优配煤质量比:众维精煤25%、音西原煤15%、新兴原煤40%、榆树沟原煤20%。生产实践结果表明,采用此配煤比生产的冶金焦抗碎强度M40达到79.9%,耐磨强度M10达到8.0%,焦炭热反应性CRI为50%,反应后强度CSR为42%,吨全焦配煤成本下降143.26元,降幅达15.06%。Under the shortage of main coking coal,in order to seek the optimized coal blending ratio to produce the secondary metallurgical coke and to reduce the cost of the coking production,according to the study theory of the coking with the blended coal,the 40 kg tamping coking oven was applied to the blending coal experiment study with gassy coal,1/3 coking coal and lean coal as the raw material.The optimized blending coal quantity ratio to produce the secondary metallurgical coke was successfully tested with 25% of Zhongwei clean coal,15% of Yinxi raw coal,40% of Xinxing raw coal and 20% of Yushugou raw coal.The production practice results showed that the metallurgical coke produced with the blending ratio would have a shatter strength M40 at 79.9%,the abrasive resistance M10 at 8.0%,the coke heat reactivity CRI at 50% and the after reaction strength CSR at 42%.The total blending coal cost could be reduced by RMB 143.26 per ton and the cost was reduced by 15.06%.
