健康“一二一”行动策略社区干预效果的分析

摘　　要：目的：为积极倡导健康＂一二一＂行动,探讨健康＂一二一＂行动策略对社区居民相关知识和行为的干预效果。方法：以开展健康教育、发放指导工具、组织健康膳食烹饪比赛和健身运动会等综合干预措施,对曹一社区15~69岁的常住居民进行1年左右的健康干预,并在干预前后对社区居民生活方式进行问卷调查。结果：常住居民健康生活方式相关知识总体知晓率由41.04%提高到53.58%;自感不持有10项不健康生活方式的人员比率由8.88%提高到23.70%;参加体育锻炼的人员比例由56.92%提高到69.79%,每次锻炼持续30分钟以上的比例由80.28%提高到93.26%。结论：实施社区综合干预策略更有利于促进居民健康行为的形成,居民的体育锻炼的干预效果明显好于合理膳食。Objective：To actively advocate the action of ＂ten thousand steps every day,balance between diet and exercise and health all one＇s life＂ and explore the interventional effects of the action on health-related knowledge and behavior of community residents.Methods： Comprehensive interventional measures have been implemented for permanent residents ages ranged from 15~69 years of Caoyi community in Wuxi for almost one year,including conducting health education,distributing instructional tools,organizing competitions of cooking healthy food and fitting exercise sports meeting.Lifestyles of community citizens were investigated by questionnaires before and after the intervention.Results： The overall awareness rate of knowledge related with healthy lifestyles raised from 41.04% to 53.58%.Those who knew themselves that they didn＇t keep ten kinds of unhealthy lifestyles increased from 8.88% to 23.70%.Those who took part in physical exercise increased from 56.92% to 69.79%.Residents,who have kept exercise consequently for above 30 minutes,increased from 80.28% to 93.26%.Conclusion： The implementation of comprehensive community interventional measures is more beneficial to promote the formation of healthy behavior.The interventional effect of physical exercise is obvious better than that of reasonable diet.
