摘 要:采用激光监视技术判定平衡点,由动态法测定了枞酸在甲醇、无水乙醇、正丙醇、正丁醇中的固液溶解度,实验测定温度由282 K至320 K,用λh方程、Wilson方程、简化方程分别对溶解度实验数据进行关联。结果表明,枞酸在四种醇类溶剂中的溶解度均随温度的升高而增大,且在不同溶剂中枞酸溶解度有较大的差异,大小顺序为:正丁醇>正丙醇>无水乙醇>甲醇。枞酸在四种醇类溶剂中的溶解度实验数据用λh方程、Wilson方程和简化方程关联的平均相对误差最大值分别为1.43%,1.19%和1.24%。上述结果可为枞酸结晶过程溶剂选择提供基础热力学数据。Using the laser monitoring technique to judge the solid-liquid solubility equilibrium terminal,the solid-liquid solubility data of abietic acid in methanol,ethanol,n-propanol and n-butanol were measured by dynamic method,and the λh equation,Wilson equation and empirical equation were used to correlate the solid-liquid solubility data in the temperature range from 282 K to 320 K.The results show that the solid-liquid solubilities of abietic acid in above four alocohol solvents increase with the increase of temperature and the solubilities of abietic acid are different in different solvents,the order is: n-butanoln-propanolethanolmethanol.When using the λh equation,Wilson equation and empirical equation to correlate the solubility data of abietic acid,the maximum average relative deviations are 1.43%,1.19% and 1.24%,respectively.The obtained experimental solubility data and their correlation can provide essential thermodynamic data for solvent selection of abietic acid crystallization.
