摘 要:乙酸异丙酯是一种重要的溶剂,以乙酸与丙烯为原料一步法直接酯化生成乙酸异丙酯是一条符合原子经济反应的绿色工艺路线。今研究了这一酯化反应的气液固三相体系的反应动力学,设计了一种在乙酸与丙烯加压酯化反应过程中自动测量丙烯消耗的装置,以获得动力学数据。在保持体系压力恒定的条件下,采用丙烯连续进料,质量流量计计量及数学积分计算获得了丙烯的瞬时流量及累积消耗量,在反应温度为110~150℃,反应压力分别为0.63、0.84、1.0和1.5 MPa下,在消除内扩散和外扩散阻力后,建立了拟均相反应动力学模型,并通过实验数据进行了参数估值,得到了各温度下的反应速率常数和亨利系数。该动力学模型的建立,为乙酸异丙酯绿色合成工艺的工业化应用提供了设计参考依据。The production process of isopropyl acetate synthesized directly from acetic acid and propylene by one-step catalytic esterification is a process of green atom economic technology.The reaction kinetics of gas-liquid-solid three phase systems was studied in this paper.In order to obtain the kinetic data of the three phase reaction,an experimental apparatus was designed,which can measure the consumption of propylene automatically.Under the condition of constant pressure,the propylene was continuously fed,and the instantaneous and accumulative consumption quantities of propylene were obtained by using the mass flow meter and strict integral calculation.After eliminating the influences of internal diffusion and external diffusion,the pseudo-homogeneous kinetic model was established for the reaction temperature range of 110 to 150℃ and the pressures of 0.63,0.84,1.0 and 1.5 MPa,respectively.According to the experimental data under different conditions,the reaction rate constants and Henry coefficients at different temperatures were obtained.The kinetic model established would provide a design reference for the industrial application in green synthesis of isopropyl acetate.
