摘　　要：针对多年来焙烧多功能机组吸卸料系统中布袋式除尘器存在问题,依据尘层剥离机理,设计出可以调节的无损机械抖动清灰机构,使除尘器附着尘层的清理力度可以进行机械调节,以适应不同理化特性的粉尘,过滤效率可达99%以上。本文从理论与实践上对新型布袋式除尘器进行初步研究与探索,介绍除尘器的组成、特点和工作原理。现场运行证明,该除尘器的开发设计是成功的。According to the problems existing in bag dust collector of suction and unloading system in multifunctional roasting unit during many years,based on the exfoliation mechanism of dust layers,this paper designs a nondestructive mechanically dithered dust cleaning mechanism,which is adjustable,in order to meet dust with different physicochemical properties and make collection efficiency reach above 99%,makes that the cleaning power to remove attached dust in dust collector is able to be mechanically regulated.It initially researches and explores on new type of bag dust collector in theory and practice,introduces the composition,characteristics and working principle of the dust collector.The operation on site shows that development of the dust collector is successful.
