摘  要:目的:应用深低温在停循环期间经上腔静脉逆行灌注保护大脑已在临床采用。为进一步研究血流动力学与微血管通透的机制。方法:自行制做了一套循环模拟系统,它由搏动泵、阻尼器、弹性腔和不同口径的弹性管道组成大循环,用聚丙烯中空纤维膜模拟毛细血管组成微循环。通过调整模型参数,例如心率、外周阻力和动脉顺应性等。结果:经检验其数值与心血管循环生理特点相符合。可模拟仿真血管流量和压力波形进行正和逆行灌注。结论:自行研制的心血管模型将体循环和微循环有机联系在一起,未见文献报道。Objective:As a method of viscera protection during operation on the aortic arch, it is apparently good clinical results with retrograde cerebral perfusion through the superior vena cava for protecting brain during deep hypothermic circulatory arrest. In order to study the mechanism of hemodynamic and microvascular permeability during the retrograde perfusion. Methods:A body circulation simulating system, which consists of pulsating pump, resistance unit, Windkessel unit and elastic pipes of different diameter, was made. A microcirculation simulating system was studied by using polypropylene hollow fiber membrane as capillary. Through adjusting the parameter of the model, for example the heart rate, peripheral resistance and arterial compliance, the flow and the waves of pressure of vascular model were simulated. Results:The results showed that it corresponded to the physiological character of cardiovascular circulation. It proved the circulation emulating model be reasonable in both anterograde and retrograde perfusion. Conclusion:It is a new report that the cardiovascular model home made integrated body circulation with microcirculation.
