混凝土轨枕抗力的影响因素及其计算方法研究

摘　　要：为探讨简便有效的混凝土轨枕截面抗力计算方法,首先从混凝土轨枕设计、生产、运输、使用等方面,对影响混凝土轨枕截面抗力的各种因素进行详细分析和归纳总结,并基于混凝土轨枕的静载抗裂荷载试验数据及其统计分析,首次提出推求混凝土轨枕截面抗力的思路及计算方法。分析表明,由混凝土轨枕的截面静载抗裂荷载统计分析结果,可得到混凝土轨枕截面抗力的统计特征参数及其概率密度表达式,且混凝土轨枕截面抗力的概率分布与静载抗裂荷载的概率分布相同。算例结果表明,混凝土截面抗力服从对数正态分布,所提出的方法是有效的,可为混凝土轨枕的可靠度评价提供抗力依据。To investigate the simple and effective calculation method of section resistances of prestressed concrete（PC） sleepers,the factors influencing section resistances of PC sleepers are analyzed and summarized in respect of design,production,transportation and application.On the basis of test data of static-load cracking-resistances of PC sleepers,the calculating method of section resistances of PC sleepers is presented.It is shown that the statistical characteristic parameters and probability density expression of section resistances of PC sleepers are derived from statistical analysis of static-load section cracking-resistaces of PC sleepers and the probability density distribution of section resistances of PC sleepers is the same as that of static-load cracking-resistances.The numerical example indicates that section resistances of PC sleepers are in conformity with logarithmic normal distribution,and the proposed method is effective and it can be applied to evaluate reliability of PC sleepers.
