摘 要:提高育果袋纸的抗水性是主要研究方向,施胶剂更是这一研究的重点。本实验选用ASA(烯基琥珀酸酐)、AKD(烷基烯酮二聚体)和复合胶料(蜡乳液与阳离子分散松香胶的混合乳液),分别对育果袋纸进行浆内施胶,对3种施胶剂的应用性能、施胶效果和成本进行了对比,并研究了不同施胶剂对成纸的持久抗水性能的影响。实验结果表明:3种施胶剂均能满足要求,但是从施胶效果和持久抗水性方面,中性施胶剂ASA和AKD优于复合胶料;持久抗水性方面ASA和AKD制得成纸的施胶度变化率为9.09和7.23,而复合胶料高达22.22;复合胶料的成本最低。The high and lasting water resistance is the main research direction of fruit-bagged paper,the sizing agent is the key.In this paper,ASA,AKD and the compound of the wax emulsion and dispersed cationic rosin size were respectively taken as sizing agents in the experiment.Then application properties,sizability and costs of the sizing agents were comparatively analyzed,and the effects on lasting water resistance of paper were studied too.The results showed that the 3 sizing agents could satisfy the needs of production.However,on the sizability and lasting water resistance,the neutral size ASA and AKD were superior to the compound size.And on the lasting water resistance,the sizing degree change rate of ASA and AKD were only respectively 9.09 and 7.23,while the change rate of the compound was up to 22.22.On the cost,the compound size was the lowest,AKD takes second place,but ASA was the most expensive.
