摘 要:减速式低速永磁同步电动机在小直径下可获得很低的转速,以往主要用于控制仪表等小扭矩驱动场所。为了将其用于小直径大扭矩的低速直接驱动场所,需要研究在细长结构的电机中如何才能获得大的力矩。首先从理论上定性分析气隙大小、永磁体厚度及定子电流等设计参数与转矩的关系,然后在采用三维有限元准确计算磁场及转矩的基础上,逐一定量研究了这些设计参数对转矩的影响,获得了多项新的结果。通过与实测对比说明计算结果可信。所得到的结果可作为进一步开展设计研究的技术基础。Low-speed Axial Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor(Ls-A-Pmsm)may provide a very low speed even if it's stator core diameter is small.Genarally it is used for automation instrument which needn't a big torque.In order to applicate it to direct drive field where a big torque is needed,the paper researches how a big torque can be got from a electric machine with small diameter and a large lenth.Firstly,the relation between torque and design parameters,such as air gap lenth,magnet size and armature current,is studied theoretically,then,the influence of these parameters on torque is numerically studied based on numerical calculation of 3-D magnetic field and torque by means of 3-D finite element method.Some new results can be used for design of the motors.The calculation results agreed with measured value.The results can be used as technology foundation to get further research and design.
