摘　　要：自2009年全球金融危机以来,人民币汇率问题再度成为学术界与货币当局争议的热点话题,在汇率相关理论及大量最新研究文献梳理的基础上,对人民币升值影响因素作了较为深入的探讨,最后对人民币升值的相关问题提出相应的对策与建议。Since the global financial crisis happend in 2009, the RMB exchange rate has become a controversial academic hot topic once again. Based on the theory of exchange rates and the latest research and literature, this paper discusses the development trend of China＇s currency and conduct a thorough study on the factors of RMB appreciation. Furthermore, The countermeasures and recommendation on RMB appreciation are given.
