摘 要:利用研制的螺旋挤压分离机对稀释的牛粪进行分离,在中温(35±2)℃条件下,对分离液按照不同接种量(占发酵有效容积体积百分数为10%、20%、30%、40%、50%)进行厌氧发酵试验,发酵周期为20d,以VS(Volatile solid)产气率、COD(Chemical Oxygen Demand)去除率为考察指标,研究了接种量对牛粪分离液厌氧发酵特性的影响。结果表明,接种量为40%,VS产气率达到172.96L·kg-1,COD去除率为59.87%,试验结果对提高牛粪分离液厌氧发酵效率具有参考价值。Diluted dairy manure was separated by screwpress separator and trial of anaerobic fermentation was carried out according to different inoculation quantity of separated liquid at (35±2) ℃.Biogas yield of VS(volatile solid) and COD were selected as main inspected targets,effects of inoculation quantity on anaerobic fermentation of separated liquid of dairy manure were investigated when fermentation periods was controlled for 20 d.The results showed that biogas yield of VS and COD removal rate reached 172.96 L·kg-1 and 59.87%,respectively,when inoculation quantity was 40%,which would provide important reference value for increasing anaerobic fermentation rate of separated liquid of dairy manure.
