摘 要:偏置分流叶片离心泵内流动机理是水力机械研究的热点问题之一。通过对偏置分流叶片离心泵内流场的流动机理进行分析,并采用FLUENT软件,对IS65-40-250型偏置分流叶片离心泵进行流场的数值模拟计算,揭示了流体在离心泵内的速度和压力分布规律。研究表明,采用分流叶片偏置方法,有利于提高离心泵内流场速度和压力分布的均匀性,减小了叶轮出口处的压力脉动,降低了冲击损失,仿真结果与机理分析吻合较好。通过计算发现其扬程和水力效率较普通离心泵分别提高了3.46%和1.7%。The flowing mechanism in impeller of centrifugal pump with splitting vanes is one of the most important issues in the research of hydraulic machinery.Through analyzing flowing mechanism of centrifugal pump with splitting vanes,using fluent software,the flow field was simulated in IS65-40-250 impeller of centrifugal pump with splitting vanes and the distribution regularities of velocity and pressure were revealed in centrifugal pumps.The research results showed that it was useful to improve uniformity of the velocity and pressure distribution in centrifugal pump,the pressure pulse of impeller exit decreased,the loss of impact reduced when the design which impeller with splitting vanes was adopted.The results of simulation were consistent with analysis of flowing mechanism.The calculation results of head and waterpower efficiency after the pump mended showed that the head and water-power efficiency increased by 3.46% and 1.7%,respectively.
