摘　　要：基于AHP标准模型在供应商评价与选择方面的不足,改用调查统计的方法获取初始数据,并借助信息熵和指数变换技术来客观地确定评价指标中各个指标的权重,进而协助企业选择出合适的供应商.研究结果表明,AHP改进模型在供应商评价与选择问题方面具有更好的科学性和客观性.Based on the AHP model in supplier evaluation and selection,the statistics method is chosen to obtain initial data. The weight of the criterion is calculated objectively with the aid of information entropy and the exponential transform technology. The improved AHP model is more scientific and effective in supplier evaluation and selection.
