委托代理理论对高校应急管理工作的启示

摘　　要：高校应急管理工作主要针对的是校园中的突发事件,因其重要性和紧急性而成为高校学生工作的难点。用委托代理理论来分析高校应急管理问题,建立和健全高校党委领导下的应急管理专家团队负责制,可以形成应急管理的长效机制,从而更加快速、有效的处理在高校发生的突发事件,维护校园的稳定与和谐。Emergency management refers to respond to the emergent event in college.It is a difficulty for us and is important for college students work.With the Principal-agent Theory,the paper analyzes the problems of college emergency management.The establishment of Emergency Management Expert Group under the leadership of the Party committee is to form a long but effective mechanism of the Emergency Management to handle of the college incidents more rapidly and efficiently to maintain the stability and harmony of the campus.
