摘　　要：芦荟多糖(aloe polysaccharide,AP)是从百合科多年生肉质草本植物芦荟中分离提取出来的,它具有免疫调节、抗肿瘤、护肝养胃等生物学功能,并可作为饲料添加剂用于动物生产。文章旨在综述芦荟多糖的生物学功能及其使用效果,为其在动物生产上的广泛应用提供综合性的理论依据。Aloe polysaccharide（AP） is isolated from aloe which is liliaceous and herbaceous perennial.It is a new type of additives,with the function of immune adjustment,antitumor,liver and stomach protected.This paper reviews aloe polysaccharide as new feed additives in animal production.The biological function and effect of aloe polysaccharide are discussed in this paper.It will provide the comprehensive theoretical basis for its extensive use in animal production.
