美托洛尔联合通心络治疗慢性收缩性心力衰竭的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察美托洛尔与通心络胶囊联合治疗慢性收缩性心力衰竭(CHF)的临床疗效。方法将82例CHF患者随机分为2组,对照组40例予常规抗心力衰竭(强心、利尿等)治疗,治疗组42例在常规治疗基础上加用美托洛尔与通心络胶囊,2组疗程均为3个月。结果 2组治疗后心功能均有所改善,治疗组总有效率95.2%高于对照组75.0%(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后LVEDV、LVESV均明显降低,LVEF、CO、CI、FS均显著升高(P<0.01);而对照组治疗后除CO、CI外,其余指标与治疗前均有显著差异(P<0.05,P<0.01)。2组血压、心率、心胸比率均显著下降(P<0.05,P<0.01),且治疗组均优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。治疗组血脂指标(TC、TG、LDL-C)均显著下降,而对照组无显著改变。结论美托洛尔联合通心络胶囊治疗CHF安全有效,能更好地改善心功能及其预后,提高生活质量。Objective To observe the clinical effects of metoprolol combine with Tongxinluo capsule for treatment of the congestive heart failure（CHF）.Methods 82 cases of CHF patients were randomly divided into 2 groups.The control group of 40 cases is routine treated with anti heart failure therapy（cardiac and diuretic etc）.The treatment group of 42 cases is received metoprolol and Tongxinluo capsule based on routine treatment.The periods of treatment for the 2 groups were 3 months.Results The cardiac function were improved in both of the 2 groups.The total effective rate in the treatment group is 95.2%which is better than control group（75.0%,P0.05）.After treatment,the value of LVEDV,LVESV were obviously descended in the treatment group（P0.01）,meanwhile,the LVEF,CO,CI and FS were all obviously increased（P0.01）.Besides CO and CI,the indexes in the control group after treatment had significant differences compared with pre treatment（P0.05 or P0.01）.Blood pressure,heart rates and heart-chest ratios were decreased more obvious in the treatment group than control group （P0.05,P0.01）.The blood lipids level of TC,TG,and LDL-C were obviously decreased in treatment group,but did not have significant changes in control group.Conclusion The metoprolol combine with Tongxinluo capsule for treatment of CHF is safe and effective.This therapy can improve the cardiac functions and prognosis;improve the living quality of patients.
