摘　　要：大学生党员培养管理体系的内涵和特点决定了其构建的基本原则。构建由学习教育体系、实践锻炼体系和科学管理体系组成的大学生党员培养管理体系,符合大学生党员思想政治教育新形势的要求。The connotation and characteristic of training and management system of student Party members determine its basic principles.Establishing these principles and building the training and management system composed of the educational system,practical training and scientific management system meet the requirements of ideological and political education of college students in the new situation.
