摘　　要：通过对全国不同企业和学校调研和多年的研究与实践,提出并实施了依托区域优势,搭建"产、学、研、训"四位一体的实践平台,培养模具专业高技能人才的方案,以满足制造业发展需要、培养"综合能力突出、职业素质好"的高技能人才为专业教学改革目标指向,在专业建设、课程、教材、实训基地、模具制造工职业资格技能鉴定、师资培养、技能竞赛等方面,均取得标志性成果。By different companies and schools across the country research,years of research and practice,relying on the regional advantages,build ＂industry,academia,research,and training＂ four in one of the practice platform to develop highly skilled professional mold.To meet the development needs of the manufacturing industry to develop ＂comprehensive ability to highlight the quality of a good career,＂ the highly skilled personnel for the goal of teaching reform point.In professional development,curriculum,teaching materials,training bases,mold manufacturing professional qualification skills identification,teacher training,skills contests results obtained in both symbolic.
